Who is Quincy Smith?

I am Quincy Smith, a 32 year old, native Atlantan.  I am a loving Husband, Father of 3 young children (Preston (9), Kyleigh (6), and Khloe (2 months), and hardworking man who provided the needs and the wants of my family.  I strive to be a friend to everyone I meet and hope to leave a positive, lasting impact on many lives across the nation from my compassionate heart and giving character.  I am a Christian man of integrity, ethics, and sustainable character. I am an innocent man, who was wrongly accused and maliciously prosecuted of felony vehicular homicide; the middle class, suburban life that I and Morgan, my wife, had built for our children was destroyed when I was arrested, convicted, and sentenced to serve 15 years in prison for a motor vehicle accident.  After being held in Douglas County jail for almost 8 months, I lost my career I had for almost 8 years, we exhausted all of our savings, both retirement accounts, my wife and kids had to move out of our home, and used all the resources we had and continued to receive to prepare for this case - legal fees, commissary, phone calls, trial expenses, bond payments - came to the tune of about $35,000.  With nothing left we could tangibly put our hands on, God has continued to sustain us and our unwaivering, mountain moving faith in Him continues to allow us to stand on my complete innocence.
