The Quincy Smith Legal Defense Fund

Unfortunately, fighting a case is not cheap - it is quite costly to say the least, which is why I believe low and middle income people are targeted because these families typically wouldn't have the resources available to adequately fight the case.  If they do, they have exhausted everything.  Now that we have to move forward with the appellate process, we are in need of assistance due to the exhaustive nature of the pre-trial and trial proceedings.

Our family is asking for your help with our battle against this blatant injustice by giving a donation to the Quincy Smith Legal Defense Fund. I am working very hard to cover his attorney’s fees (which potentially may be upwards of $60,000) and to ensure there are enough funds available for the appellate process and if this case should have to go back to trial.
