LETTER WRITING CAMPAIGN

In an effort to step up our fight, we are asking all of Quincy's supporters to join our letter writing campaign to members of the government in hopes of bringing attention to his case.  Below is a list of elected officials (more coming soon) that we know can support our cause.  These are our elected officials and they are here to work for the public, uphold our constitutional rights, and we must call on them to make a difference in this case by calling for justice.  We have no other choice! What we want them to understand is we are not looking for legal counsel. We are looking for justice for man who is not only innocent, but who has had blatant violations to his Constitional Rights (Sixth Amendment right to trial by an impartial judge and Eighth Amendment of cruel and unusual punishment). We want them to realize that Quincy has spent 13 months out of the last 18 months incarcerated - 7 months without bond and 6 months in prison. Someone needs to be an advocate for judicial accountability, changing the legal system and its injustices around discretion in sentencing.  His punishment does not fit the crime!

How This Works:

Subscribe to the mailing list by clicking on the Count Me In! Button, so that we can provide pertinent updates, address changes, and reminders for your letter submissions.

In hopes of making this the most effective and efficient way of succeeding in our efforts of bringing awareness to Quincy's case, the team has compiled a listing of elected and appointed officials who we feel would best suit our need for advocacy.  We are in the process of writing a series of letters that  will automatically be addressed to the government official or agency that you can print, sign, date, and mail - HOW EASY IS THAT???  They will be available to print directly from this website and will be emailed to those who subscribe to the campaign mailing list.  Secondly, we will have specific weeks that our supporters will mail their letter to the specific agency on Quincy's behalf.  In efforts to rotate the agencies and keep up with making sure that all avenues are being addressed, we believe this rotated schedule is the best option.  For example, if your last name starts with an A, you would send your letter to the Parole Board this week.  Don't worry - we are creating a schedule that will be available on the website along with the PDF documents for your availability.
