With over 15 years of industry experience, Morgan Scott brings a wealth of knowledge, innovative solutions, and support to small businesses across varying industries. She has been instrumental in business and analytical support to both private and public sector Senior Leadership teams for companies such as The Home Depot, Delta Air Lines, Comcast Cable Corporation, and Arby's Restaurant Group, to name a few. Excelling in challenging situations, she is able to help start up companies and existing small businesses use creative ways to support departmental needs on process improvement and delivering exceptional customer service to their business partners.
Quincy Smith brings over 10 years of experience in the airline, logistics, and operations industries, aiding to the structure and direction of our firm. He is well versed in scheduling, logistics management, process improvement and creative solutions. He is responsible for the direction of our recruitment team, enhancing our client recruitment, management, and retention processes. His background spans from asset management with First Global, to aircraft logistics with Southwest Airlines.
Morgan prides herself on sharing her industry expertise with her clients to ensure that their businesses and finances are in proper health. Not only does she focus on business expansion, she is the has over 7 years of experience in her current role as a Certified Tax Professional. Ashley prepares personal & small business taxes, completes day-to-day bookkeeping, and helps clients with personal household budgeting. In addition, she is a much sought after Credit Specialist, offering credit counseling, education, and restoration services, assisting clients to establish positive credit. These duties, combined with her experience running several profitable businesses and currently seeking a degree in business, gives her the knowledge to help a multitude of clients.
